This 2017 Redcat Hit 41 MPH... Then Stripped Its Gears! 💥 #RCaDayChallengeJuly2026 Day 8

Day 8 of the #RCaDayChallengeJuly2026! Today I dusted off my old Redcat Racing Cyclone XB10 that I picked up on clearance back in 2017. After sitting on the shelf for years, I finally gave it a budget brushless conversion and took it out for its first real GPS speed test. On 3S and in 99° heat, this little 2WD buggy managed an impressive 41 MPH before the stock plastic drivetrain finally gave up and stripped the gears. I'd call that a successful test! 😅 Now the question is... are there steel gears available, or is it time to engineer an upgrade? Let me know what you'd do in the comments, and as always...
