PLEASE READ! Hey my loves! I don't want this video to come off as insensitive at all to the given circumstances. I really hope it is useful to some of you and gives you some ideas of how to use food you may already own to prep for the upcoming weeks. My food shop was no bigger than an average shop, however I made more thought out decisions to reduce waste and make sure I am leaving enough for others. Of course your household consumption will vary and I am very aware that not everyone has a semi-full cupboard to start with. I am very lucky to have the time and resources to allow me to prep in this way, but for me, it's the most efficient and waste free option, rather than hoarding bags of produce that I am unsure how or if I will use! In the UK we are still able to go out to the shops, so while you can maybe meal prep for someone you know who's in need while you do your own?
