You're installing U Joints Wrong. Hammer them, Don't Press them...
Welcome to Toyota Driveshaft maintenice 101. Today we change the u joints on a 04 gx470, and this applies to pretty much every Toyota older than this: Hilux, 4runner, Tundra, etc etc Later Toyotas have gone Dana, and use spicer u joints, and outside clips. Those are MUCH easier to service than the Japanese inside clip Universal joints I DO NOT reccomend using a press, as too much stuff can go wrong... "Pressing until it fits" is not the answer...
