Star Fox: A franchise now infamous for its inconsistency, constant reboots and more recently, its inactivity. The series has had a really interesting life cycle, being passed around a whole range of different developers, which resulted in games of varying degrees of quality. The game I'll be discussing in this retrospective review is strangely not talked about very often nowadays and this is a crying shame - from story line to mission structure, it brought some really cool ideas to the table and helped to evolve the Star Fox franchise in what felt like a natural way.
