Terra Balcanica - Secret Montenegro: Cetinje
The Old Royal Capital of Montenegro, Cetinje, is nestled in a small valley surrounded by limestone mountains. Its urban and architectural heritage is influenced by its turbulent historical, social and economic events. It was founded in the 15th century when Ivan Crnojevic, the ruler of Zeta, moved his capital deeper into the mountains to a more secure location... For more information on the Cetinje city tours, visits to the Nikola Martinovic's house, and Vukmirovic Winery at Ceklin village, don’t hesitate to contact Montenegro Adventures at [email protected]. This video was produced as part of the project “Strengthening Capacities of Tourism Stakeholders in Montenegro during COVID-19”, created and implemented by the Regional Development Agency for Bjelasica, Komovi and Prokletije in cooperation with Montenegro Adventures and funded by the British Embassy Podgorica.
