Here are the last 25 minutes of a broadcast of an edition of The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson, featuring guest-host David Letterman. Johnny's usual sidekick Ed McMahon is on board tonight; appearing within this show were Diahann Carroll, future show host Jay Leno, musical guest Steve Goodman, and George Gobel (whose segment is not seen in this excerpt).
