Friends, I want to share with you a little secret about a three-day diet. It's a real lifesaver! If you need to lose 2-3 kg quickly, or you can only lose weight on weekends, or you're not sticking to your plan, then this diet is for you! It's very easy, very simple, and there are no hunger pangs! ****************************************************************************************************** DIET FOR 2-3 DAYS: 9:00 AM - 250 grams of unsalted oatmeal in water 11:00 AM - 250 grams of unsalted millet in water 2:00 PM - 250 grams of unsalted millet in water Besides this, you can eat nothing. If you don't feel hungry, you don't have to eat. We drink water as needed: if we want, we drink it; if we don't, we don't. Oatmeal is cooked using 1:3 (oatmeal and water) Millet porridge is cooked using 1:6 (oatmeal and water) ********************************************************************************************************* HOW MY HUSBAND AND I EAT DURING WEIGHT LOSS: I eat 4 times a day, only what fits in a 250 ml cup. My husband maintains his weight loss and eats 3 times a day, only what fits in a 400 ml cup, plus 1 slice of whole grain bread. And between meals throughout the day, 1 orange, 1 apple, and 1 glass of kefir. (He drinks the kefir at night, 2 hours before bed.)
