Security Preparedness in Today’s Modern Warfare brought together leading experts in Helsinki to discuss how modern warfare, hybrid threats, drones and cyber capabilities are reshaping European security. The discussion focused on what Finland and Europe must now understand, build and strengthen in order to improve preparedness and resilience.
