Tying a Green Picasse (FULL LENGTH VIDEO)
The Green Picasse is a fairly easy pattern to tie as far as steelhead and salmon flies go. The wing and second or “final“ collar have been substituted in this video. The original used polar bear for the wing and silver pheasant for the collar. The substitutes are a good choice and more plentiful than the original material.
