I was rear ended on the highway a few years ago and the wreck destroyed some bits of one transmission, so I attempted to make one working transmission from another that popped out of gear all the time. I'm by no way an expert, but this is a rough tutorial of how to do the steps. I hope it helps someone who is trying to figure this out.
