This is a first in France. The city of Lyon is offering self-service handibikes. These inclusive bicycles make it easier for people in wheelchairs to get around. The service is being tested until December and is currently free. You must reserve your tricycle 48 hours in advance online, before picking it up at a city center parking lot.
