Come pray with us the sorrowful mysteries of the Holy Rosary, in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our Mother! The Rosary, or the Rosary, is a prayer of contemplation, praise, and supplication all at once. Praying the Rosary has been followed by great saints! We also have papal and magisterial documents that request and exhort the people to recite the Rosary. When we pray the Rosary, we meditate on each mystery of the life of Christ and Our Lady. Through it, Mary molds us into the likeness of Jesus. The Virgin Mary asked Saint Dominic de Guzman, the shepherd children of Fátima, and many saints to pray the Rosary, with promises for those who pray it daily. The five sorrowful mysteries are: 1. Agony of Jesus in the Garden 2. Flagellation of Jesus 3. Crowning with Thorns 4. Jesus carrying the cross on the way to Calvary 5.
