From Miscreant to Morse - Jaguar Mark II
Join this channel to get early access to new videos a week ahead of their public release: / @rorymacve Hello again! :D One of Britain's most iconic cars, the Jaguar Mark II led a surprising legacy both during and after its production, starting off as the favoured ride of bank robbers in a time when the police forces of the UK could do little to combat them, before eventually finding itself as the landmark motor of the classic British detective following its appearance during the series Inspector Morse. However, the Mark II was part of a lineage stretching from 1955 to 1969, and would encompass a vast range of models that shared a similar bodyshell known as the compact saloons, each of which would represent Jaguar's rise, zenith and fall during the 1950s and 60s.
