The Community Anchor is operated by The Yachdav Association which specializes in developing and running a range of services for at-risk and special-needs individuals throughout the southern periphery. העוגן הקהילתי הינו כפר הנוער הראשון בארץ שהוקם כחלק אינטגרלי מהקהילה. הכפר מופעל על ידי עמותת יחדיו באר שבע והדרום וממוקם במרכז העיר באר שבע ופועל על בסיס עקרון רצף טיפולי כוללני, תוך שילוב מחדש בקהילה. הכפר משרת את הנגב כולו.
