VHF Contest June 13 14, 2026 Sleeping in a fire tower
A few VMARC members got together June 13-14, 2026 and went up to the 146.805 repeater site in Bath County, Va and camped out over night for the VHF contest. The club members just wanted to get together, make a few contacts and have some fun for the weekend. The trip wound up being cut short due to a storm moving in on Sunday afternoon, but overall the trip was a good one, leaving lots of memories and good laughs.
