In this video, we'll see how to prepare a *driver's load* using the Infofix web application. Loading allows you to transfer items from a source store, such as the main depot, to the driver's van. This operation is performed before the start of the route to ensure the driver has the necessary items to complete their sales and deliveries. We begin by accessing the *DD* section, then the *Loads* section. Next, we create a new **DD Load**. We select the relevant driver, then verify the source store and the target store, which is usually the driver's van. After that, we add the items to be loaded and specify the required quantities. Before confirming, we review the items, quantities, cartons, prices, and the total load amount. The document can be validated immediately or placed on hold for final confirmation. We also show how to find the document in the **Loading List**, view it, modify it, confirm it, or cancel it as needed. After the load is validated, we check the van's inventory from the driver's profile, in the *Van* tab. This step confirms that the transferred items have been correctly added to the driver's inventory.
