Tails of Timber Tuesday | Can Our Beavers Sustain Bots Today? | Timberborn

Production is ramping up in Streamville, because the future is almost here... This week was all about preparing the colony for automation. Production lines were expanded, forestry received some much-needed attention, and the foundations were laid for our future bot workforce. By the end of the stream, the infrastructure was around 89% complete, with bot assembly ready to begin at the start of the next episode. We also spent some time engineering a blueprint for a gravity battery tower using the new spiral staircases, experimented with automated badwater diversion systems, and even discovered that automation sensors can be customised with colours... so naturally they were upgraded to the official Timberborn Brown. Of course, it wouldn't be a Tails of Timber Tuesday without at least one engineering mishap. A few hardworking beavers decided that swimming through badwater while constructing the diversion system was a fantastic idea. They were promptly relocated to the "hospital" district to recover... ...where they immediately began starving. Absolutely nothing happened. A huge thank you to our newest community member, MelonaMelon, for hanging out during the stream! It was great chatting while Streamville continued to grow greener, store more clean water, and prepare for its next major milestone. Next episode, the bots finally come online. It's time to start replacing hardworking beavers with automation so they can enjoy a well-earned retirement... assuming the engineering department cooperates. 🎮 Catch me live on Twitch:   / noirssx   Game badly.
