BB&B Ep 07 - Franklin Barbecue-Styled Smoker Build - Part 6: Cleaning, Neutralizing & Burning Out
In this episode, I clean the tank of rust and debris before applying a neutralizing agent to the interior. Finally, I burn out the 250-gal propane tank, ridding it of the smell of ethyl mercaptan. Part 6 of this series continues my journey to build my first offset smoker using a 250 gallon propane tank. My inspiration for this comes from the Aaron Franklin smoker build from BBQ with Franklin on PBS.
