[How to do Arm Curls (EZ Bar) correctly] 0:09~ ① An EZ bar (a barbell with jagged edges) is recommended. 0:34~ ② Hold the bar so that the middle section faces upwards. 0:41~ ③ Keep your posture straight and pull the bar up to your collarbone. 0:55~ ④ As you pull the bar up, feel the contraction of your biceps. 1:27~ ⑤ When you lift the bar all the way up, your elbows should be slightly forward. 2:20~ ⑥ When lowering the bar, make sure your elbows don't move backward. 3:44~ ⑦ Repeat with the correct form (you can see the entire sequence). [Points to note when doing Arm Curls (EZ Bar)] 1:21~ Be careful not to completely fix your elbows in place. 2:07~ It's not good if your elbows go backward when lowering the bar. 2:31~ Be careful not to bend your elbows too far inward, as this puts some strain on them. 3:05 - Using momentum from your lower body is NOT recommended. 3:17 - Arching your upper body will cause you to lift using your hips, which is NOT recommended. This is a basic exercise suitable for building biceps and strong arms. The exercise shown here is a basic method, but while it's easy to use momentum with heavy weights, try using a weight that allows you to keep your upper body straight.
