How to replace your classic Mini window runner. 1997 Rover Mini Cooper MPI

Hello all I this video I diagnose and fix corroded window runner on my Mini. The symptoms are that the window winder feels stiff, you get a crunching sound when winding the window and the window does not move smoothly.
