So Good I Built It Twice! | Eduard 1/72 Fw 190 A-8 Full Build & Review

Welcome to my full build of the Eduard 1/72 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-8 Weekend Edition! Having previously built Eduard's excellent Fw 190 A-5, I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided to tackle another one—this time aiming for an even higher standard by applying some of the things I learned from my previous Fw190 builds, including my previous Eduard one... For this project I've chosen Hans Dortenmann's aircraft of JG 54, the same markings worn by the beautifully restored, airworthy Fw 190 flying in Australia today. This video covers: 🔹 Building Eduard's Weekend Edition kit 🔹 Painting the engine and cockpit 🔹 Assembly, filling and sanding 🔹 Airbrushing using AK Interactive masking putty for camouflage patterns 🔹Applying decals and markings of Hans Dortenmann's mount from June 1944 🔹 Weathering with acrylics, enamels, and oil paints 🔹 Final reveal and post-build review Eduard's Fw 190 kits have some fantastic details and marking options, but can be a somewhat fiddly build.
