7000+ foreigners employed by universities in South Africa | South Africans still no prioritized?

More than 7000 foreigner employed by South African universities with a huge question mark if it still scarce skills or deliberate exclusion of South Africans who are top 5 of the most educated people in the continent. 27% was claimed by Zimbabwe with 14% to Nigeria and uj was recorded with a staggering 1400+ foreigners employed by them. This excludes contractors, security guides, cleaners , who are usually in subcontractors with universities. These are all the frustrations that South Africans have to deal with by being side lined in their own country.
