All you need are a knot cord, an awl, and a pair of scissors. ✂️ The Saengjjok Knot is said to resemble a slice of ginger, and depending on the region, it’s also called the Jeongja (井) Knot because of its well-shaped center. Just like the Dorae Knot, it’s one of the essential basics you really shouldn’t skip when learning traditional knots. Even if you’ve never tried knotting before, don’t worry — if you follow along slowly, you’ll pick it up in no time.
