Didesa Ecocamp: A Camping Experience Amidst the Salak Endah Rice Fields in Bogor | Full Review Located on Tanjakan Belok (Bell Hill), Jl. Raya Gn. Salak Endah, Bogor Regency, West Java 16810, Didesa Eco Camp was our camping spot this weekend. Opened in July 2025, this campground has quickly become our favorite. The landscape of neatly arranged rice paddies, with views of the mountains and the city of Bogor, offers a perfect place to enjoy the sunset. Despite its elevation of only 718 meters above sea level, the air is still cool and refreshing. 20-22°C at night and 17-18°C in the morning. At Didesa Eco Camp, there are 13 blocks, each accommodating 2-5 tents. There are also four wooden decks where you can camp amidst the rice fields. There is also a camping block suitable for campervans (pitching a tent next to your car). Besides the beauty of the rice fields, we can also play in the pristine river, which can be reached by trekking just 5 minutes down the stairs. This beauty of the place is another highlight of our family's camping experience.
