Inclisiran The First SiRNA Therapeutic

This video focuses on the drug inclisiran (sold under the brand name Leqvio). To begin, we introduce small interfering RNA (siRNA) technology. We discuss how inclisiran utilizes siRNA technology to lower cholesterol levels while emphasizing on the siRNA technology since inclisiran is one of the first drugs to use siRNA. Lastly, we discuss the limitations and cost of inclisiran.
