Auctions that claims to be a specific low-power transceiver and even affixes a technical conformity mark. It has a similar housing to the popular low-power T-48 transceiver, known for its low cost and fun, but it appears they imported it cheaply with the same overseas specifications and are abusing the T-48's technical conformity mark to sell it domestically. This is clearly a misrepresentation of the technical conformity mark. They're marketing it as being for children, so it's unacceptable that children are using it to play with such a transceiver. I've already provided information to the Tokai Regional Bureau of Telecommunications, and we're planning to discuss it again. I believe this is clearly a crime.
