The European Union still cannot agree on the 21st package of sanctions against Russia due to the position of Austria and Greece. One of the key reasons for the rush is the need to maintain the current price ceiling for Russian oil in order to prevent the Kremlin's revenues from growing. At the same time, EU ambassadors agreed in principle to extend temporary protection for Ukrainians until March 4, 2028.
