KOPESHOW EP.8 - FIRST DESCENT - JIEHKKEVARRI 1672 EAST FACE

This episode of KOPESHOW wasn't part of the original plan. We had set out for Jiehkkevarri with the simple intention of scoping out the line, nothing more. As we ascended, the wind picked up, howling around us, and the line kept slipping in and out of the fog, playing hide and seek with our expectations. The cold was biting, and I could barely film at first. My hands were numb, freezing despite all the layers we had on. We trudged along, bundled up with every piece of gear, goggles shielding our eyes from the stinging wind. Finally, we reached the drop-in point. @Eivindaanensen carefully checked the snow, and to our surprise, it was much better than expected.
