How to Belly Roll like a Pro | How to do a Belly Dance Undulation | Belly Dance with Katie Alyce

Hello everyone! In today's beginners belly dance tutorial video we're going to be covering how to belly roll like a pro! To get our professional belly rolls, we'll start by touching the points on our abdomen which we'll be using: 1. Upper abdominals 2. Lower ribcage 3. Belly button 4. Lower abdominals Using a combinations of contracting and expanding, we'll first expand the upper abdominals, then contract through points 1, 2, 3 and 4. Go slowly through and contract each point on your abdominal till you feel more confident with it - then start to smooth it out into a perfect belly roll! Don't forget to keep practising as a great belly roll does take time to perfect!
