10 Step Halloween Fence | Prop Fence | Super Easy!

Hey, guys! Today I'll teach you how to make a cheap Halloween prop fence! Supplies Needed: 1x2x8 untreated boards 2' pieces of rebar (two per panel) 1/2 PVC waterpipe 10' in length Spray paint (roughly 1.5 cans per panel) Tools need Drill 7/8 drill bit Brad Nailer (If you don't have one use gorilla glue) Hammer Chalk line (optional) Straight edge (optional) Clamps Pipe cutters Each panel was roughly 1x2x8 pine board - 2.31 each / 4.32 per panel PVC Pipe (4 per panel) - 1.18 each / 4.72 per panel Rebar (2 per panel ) - 2.49 each / 4.98 per panel Black Spray Paint - $1 can - $2 per panel Orange and Brown - 3.98 can / 7.96 entire project Each panel was under $20 I had to make 12 panels for my yard and I was well under $200 for the whole yard!
