He files his currency declaration with customs as required by law. During his stay: Karim needs dinars and decides to spend €3,000. Registration of his name in the centralized customs dispute database. 📄 WHAT THE NEW LAW SAYS EXACTLY (Official Gazette No. 51) Priority online declaration: The declaration must now be made electronically to customs officials before arrival. Expanded controls: These now apply not only to cash, but also to precious metals (gold, valuable jewelry), bank checks, and financial securities.
