Andrew is in the picturesque country of Croatia, paying visit to the Klaric family in the village of Grab to learn the ancient 'Peka' style of cooking. Matriarch and kitchen boss Aunt Jaka uses centuries-old tools to prepare a rooster roasted for 3 hours on hot stones, and soparnik, a stone-ground pastry stuffed with chard and cooked in a pot buried in coals. Then, in the town of Trilj, Andrew meets up with champion fly tying and fly fishing expert Bosko Klaric for a showdown with the local trout.
