Not The Race I Wanted
The Sean Lynch Memorial was a tough one. This 60km road race was going well until disaster struck around 35km in when I suffered a puncture, bringing my race to an early end. Not the day I had planned or trained for, but that's bike racing. Sometimes things go your way, and sometimes mechanical issues have other ideas. Despite the disappointment, it's all part of the sport, and we'll be back stronger for the next one.
