Here is a list of the ingredients and the method. 110g / 3.8 oz Plane Flour 0.11 50g / 1.7oz Unsalted Butter 0.39 40g / 1.4oz Sugar 0.05 A pinch Salt 0.00 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder 0.05 1 tsp Bicarb 0.02 1 ½ tsp Ground Ginger 0.06 2 tbsp Golden Syrup 0.06 Total Cost 0.74 Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Melt the butter and add it to the mix along with the golden syrup. Bring the mixture together and divide with an ice cream scoop. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray leaving space for them to spread. Flatten slightly and bake in the oven at 190c / 374f / Gas mark 5 for 15 mins. Allow to fully cool.
