On August 15, Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis virtually inaugurated the 5.5 km long Mumbai Coastal Road promenade, complete with four pedestrian underpasses, cycling tracks, and green walkways. This brand-new Mumbai sea-front walkway 2025 promises not just smoother travel but also a front-row experience of the Arabian Sea. Starting this Independence Day, Mumbaikars can walk, jog, or cycle along a stretch that is more than twice the length of Marine Drive, offering a fresh alternative to the city’s iconic promenade.
