In this podcast clip, Zach and Dennis discuss the type of questions an officer can ask during a vehicle stop, in particular requesting consent to search the vehicle. In most states this question is permissible without any Reasonable Suspicion, however in Kansas, the officer needs to have Reasonable Suspicion before asking for consent to search the vehicle.
