Dominica's Finance Minister, Dr. Irving McIntyre, has assumed the chairmanship of the ECCB Monetary Council as leaders also unveiled a new generation of EC banknotes—designed to celebrate the Eastern Caribbean's shared heritage, national icons and regional identity.
