In dieser Ausgabe von Whiskey-Soda TV spricht Daniel vor ihrem Auftritt in Zürich mit Jaya (Kehlkopfgesang, Flöte, Maultrommel) und Temka (mongolische Laute, Hintergrundgesang) von der mongolischen Rock-Sensation The Hu. Die vier jungen, studierten Musiker von The Hu sind der heißeste Export aus der Mongolei, haben innerhalb eines Jahres drei ausverkaufte Tourneen durch Europa und die USA hinter sich und begeistern mit ihrem energiegeladenen „Hunnu Rock“ Musikfans rund um den Globus. Im Interview haben wir gefragt, ob der Einblick in die westliche Kultur durch das Touren ihr Songwriting verändert, was sie von deutscher Volksmusik mit Jodeln halten und warum sie im Gegensatz zur ähnlichen Bands wie Hanggai oder Nine Treasures großen Erfolge feiern. The four, academically trained musicians are the hottest export of their country, sold out three tours through Europe and the US within one year and are enthusiastically celebrated by rock fans all around the world.
