The majority of sales during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £2,121,334. Terraced properties sold for an average of £963,750, with flats fetching £629,583. Overall, sold prices over the last year were 15% up on the previous year and 11% up on the 2021 peak of £1,162,057. Location 2: Properties here had an overall average price of £317,833 over the last year. The majority of sales during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £165,000. Terraced properties sold for an average of £623,500. Overall, sold prices over the last year were 17% down on the previous year and 21% down on the 2021 peak of £402,500. Location 3: Properties here had an overall average price of £415,455 over the last year. The majority of sales during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £232,143. Terraced properties sold for an average of £394,818, with detached properties fetching £705,778. Overall, sold prices over the last year were 22% down on the previous year and 4% down on the 2021 peak of £434,784.
