Make These 2 Simple Changes to Never Hit High Ever Again

One of the most consistent mistakes I see hunters make is missing high; either hitting the animal too high or completely shooting over the top of it. Here's 2 things that are huge contributors to this. The first one is creeping. If you draw you bow back and slowly creep away from the wall, your arrow will usually go high. A lot of archers actually creep tune their bows to understand where they hit if they do creep. I have a video explaining wall pressure to help with your understanding of this concept. The other thing you can do that helps is to come up from aiming below the target. This is because missing closer to the ventral region of the animal provides better odds of success versus the dorsal region due to the position of vital organs, especially if that animal ducks.
