Bandai, a 50-year-old with back pain, with my 75-year-old mother. This is from September 23, 2025. There was a time when I had difficulty walking due to lumbar spinal stenosis, but now I'm able to enjoy hiking like this! As we get older, we start to experience health problems and it can feel like the things we love are becoming less and less fun, right?
