In this example we worked on $30/hr and a 40 hour work week. This came to $62400 per year. We then used a tax calculator that we found online, and applied a small percentage for KiwiSaver. This left us with more or less $4000 per month. Most amounts are rough estimates and some amounts are based on what we personally pay.
