When green appeared on the covid map, it was now or never. We had about a week to plan our route and pack. We wanted to take the ferry from Denmark to Kristiansand, but finally we travelled via Sweden (because of the covid). The weather wasn't great for the first few days, so it was quite challenging on the motorbike, but when the sun was shining it was a blast. There are definitely a lot of advantages to driving a car, but from the seat of a motorbike it's completely different experience. It's definitely a country we want to go back to, and not just for the amazing scenery and the delicious burgers they make at every gas station. We tried sleeping in a tent and in a cabin, we rode on road and gravel, in sun and rain, we ate adventure menus and local specialties. We managed to lose the spare key to the bike and threw away the GoPro, we finally found it, it has scratches but it works. It was a challenging and great adventure at the same time.
