Living in a MODERN apartment in AUSTRIA | Cost of Living

I finally left my cheap old apartment to live in a modern, green, cozy and quiet apartment in Linz - Austria. I lived 2 years in a shoebox in the city center, which was very noisy due to the railway, very hot because it was small and in the last floor and now I am finally enjoying my time in this new neighbourhood in Linz called Dornach. There are other green areas in the city but Dornach is my favourite. It is very near to the University Johannes Kepler (JKU Linz) and well served by public transportation. Just behind the university there is a nice trail called Pferdeeisenbahn, which I made a video of and it is just like 10mins from the apartment. You should check it out!
