In the early trimester many babies can have different presentations of cephalic, breech, transverse and oblique. but in the last trimester at 36 weeks many babies can have a cephalic presentation and only 10% babies can have a breech presentation. A pregnant lady in her first pregnancy with a breech presentation should deliver via lscs. Complication of breech baby during delivery is head stuck as head size is larger in size and it can cause death of the baby.
