They are one of Argentina's most prominent and vibrant Afro-Latin bands, currently celebrating their 20th anniversary with a European tour that is taking them to Switzerland, France, Madrid, and Benidorm. As part of this tour, the band makes two stops in Spain: July 1st at Sala Galileo Galilei in Madrid, and July 5th at Benidorm Fest. From Córdoba to the world, this Argentinian group boasts a solid track record and numerous hits across their albums and international tours. Calle Vapor's show invites you to dance, feel the emotion, and travel through Latin music with their own powerful style, full of danceable rhythms. Calle Vapor is comprised of eight musicians on stage, playing over 13 instruments from various regions of Latin America and Africa, including Cuban tres, guitars, keyboards, pianos, electric bass, bongos, congas, timbales, violin, and flamenco cajón. Calle Vapor is a musical group that originated in the city of Córdoba, Argentina, in 2006. Over the years, they have become a leading group in Latin American music, exploring Afro-Latin music and its diverse styles. They seek to discover compositions by poets and stories that contribute to the Latin American creative process, as well as to showcase their own original compositions. Their latest work, "Más de las 3" (More Than 3), won the Tropical of the Year award at the 2024 CIEyA Awards, presented by the Chamber of the Entertainment and Related Industries of Córdoba, Argentina. This work was recorded at Trilocao Records, with mixing and mastering by Esteban Cavoti.
