This summer (2025), I visited Furano and Biei in Hokkaido! I was truly moved by the illuminated lavender fields shining in the night sky and the fireworks that colored the night. As a festival lover, I was also very happy to be able to participate in the traditional Furano Heso Festival! In Biei, I went on a cycling trip around the hills. I was soothed by the endless, majestic scenery and peaceful animals. Of course, I also enjoyed plenty of fresh vegetables and delicious meat that are unique to Furano!
