LABOR RIGHTS FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES - #pcd In this video, I show some of the most important labor rights for people with disabilities (PWD). 1- Prohibition of discrimination regarding hiring and salaries; 2- Priority in the processing of judicial and administrative proceedings; 3- Quotas in companies with more than 100 employees; 4- Contract duration and age of apprentices do not apply; 5- Discriminatory dismissal, if it occurs and is proven, generates compensation for moral damages, reinstatement to work, and reimbursement for time without pay; 6- Special retirement for the disabled; Retirement table based on contribution time for the disabled: in the case of severe disability, 25 (twenty-five) years of contribution time, if male, and 20 (twenty) years, if female; In the case of moderate disability, 29 (twenty-nine) years of contribution time, if male, and 24 (twenty-four) years, if female; In the case of mild disability, 33 (thirty-three) years of contribution time, if male, and 28 (twenty-eight) years, if female.
