A Train Trip from Hartenbos to Albertinia, South Africa! Ep 613

We were invited by the three Ekström brothers of Atlantic Rail, Sean, Kevin, and Graeme, to join them on a train trip from Hartenbos to Albertinia. We stayed at their family’s holiday home for two nights. After the first night, we were up early and spent the day on the train, eating, drinking, and having so much fun. Once we reached Albertinia, we listened to the wonderful sounds of a local band and began the return journey to Hartenbos, with a relaxing three-hour lunch stop at Bon Game along the way. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and spotting elephants and antelope from the train was a truly unforgettable experience. We can’t recommend this trip enough. It was pure magic.
