SERVES 5 750g Corn Flour 4 Green Peppers 10/15 Padrón Peppers 4/5 Garlic Cloves 2 Large Dried Yorcas 50g Dried Yorca Meat 150g Tomato Sauce Olive Oil Salt and Cumin to taste 1.5 L Water
